Free ROBO?

Jack Lindens office hour was as usual a mess of topics and questions, one of the most disruptive - "Why was ROBO Marx banned?"
It seems he has been abuse reported for ad farming - according to some he had spinning cubes on his land advertising, according to others he had, in total, just two plots which had a poster for his own website with the land NOT set for sale.
So when is it ad farming - we here at SLN have 4 sites if we put on there a vendor or poster is it advertising? Is it ad farming?
Jack, as always, refused to discuss individual cases and did his best to ignore the subject throughout concentrating instead on questions over the other mess - Zindra.
It seems everyone wants waterfront plots - Hmmm i can almost see the land being terraformed in stripes so everyone gets their bit of water!
So much for adult continent it seems to be turning into a children's playground squabble over who will get the best plots!
An adult continent with no sex or violence, it becomes more laughable by the day but those forced to relocate are not laughing.

UPDATE: Seeing that the parcel next to ROBO's was for sale it was bought and a building put up which represented a bunker cover in graffiti, the graffiti textures were placed in vendors for sale inside the structure - EVERYTHING was returned by Frontline Linden at 12.30 with no explanation.

The advertising policy currently is that you are limited to 50 parcels, and they cannot be set for sale and display advertising at the same time.

ROBO had only 4k square meters of land total in SL, they were all 256 square meter parcels or larger, so he could not have had more than 32 parcels in all of SL, even if you assume he had advertising on each one.

For the two parcels in question, he set up stores only for his tierrenter.com website, no advertising, and the parcels were not set for sale. He was framed by landbot runners who own the Arbor Project group, and use that fake 'green' group to gain public support for their predatory land practices.

See, if you have a small parcel they want, and you price it too high, they will just buy the land around it, join it all, and then claim to LL that you intentionally made it a 'donut hole' parcel, to get LL to steal your land and give it to them. They then profit on the stolen margin.

This is a huge scam thats happened for years on the mainland, with Linden support.

Stay tuned, theres more news coming, of Linden corruption, caught in the act and exposed to the world..... We know which Linden is working with the arbor landbot runners now, and we are after him...

I'd say two houses side by side, over 10m high, utilizing an advertisement for Robo's website as the sole texture of house, porch, railings...constitutes advertising lol. One parcel set in Robo's name @ 500L, the other set to his group at 5000L.

How many TOS violations do you count there? The 2 advertisements in 1 sim alone violate enough to warrant a suspension.

Add to that the numerous ones he has received over his time in LL and it was bye bye Robo...and rightfully so.

Interlibel will talk in circles and scream corruption and thievery of course. I mean, what else can he do? He hasn't a leg to stand on. Much like his ACE.
